How to Perform Japanese OCR
A Step-by-Step Guide
Quick Guide
Step 1: Launch Kaizen OCR
Open the Kaizen OCR application on your computer.
Step 2: Select OCR Language
From the “Select OCR Language” dropdown, choose Japanese – 日本語.
Step 3: Choose OCR Mode
Set the OCR Mode to Auto for best results.
Step 4: Select OCR Enhancement (Optional)
If needed, apply an OCR enhancement (e.g., sharpening or noise removal). For normal text, keep it as None.
Step 5: Import Your Content
Click Select Image from PC to upload an image.
Or click Capture Screen Area to select any part of your screen (useful for live OCR).
